Care Plan Coordinator | RN/LPN

As a Care Plan Coordinator (RN/LPN), you are responsible for the training and education of the team members that provide care and services to the Lotus Guests (rapid recovery and rehabilitation), as well as the care management of Lotus Guests. A successful Care Plan Coordinator has a fire and passion for working with seniors, a flexible, fun, and energetic personality and excellent written and oral communication skills. They must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
