About the Role:
- Support educators to improve ELA/literacy teaching, learning, and systems through applied research.
- Work with an interdisciplinary team on large-scale improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature reviews, policy scans, and data collection including surveys, observations, and interviews.
- Provide project management support, track milestones, and prepare reports for diverse audiences.
- Lend literacy expertise to projects on an ad hoc basis.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social sciences, education, or related field with 2 years K-12 ELA teaching experience.
- Experience with multiple research methods and technical assistance in K-12 settings.
- Strong writing, organizational skills, and willingness to travel 5-6 times per year.
