Accountabilities:
- Partner with school and district leaders to identify instructional priorities and develop strategies.
- Co-design coaching and instructional supports aligned with priorities and data.
- Design and facilitate equity-centered professional learning experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, 5+ years K-12 ELA teaching experience.
- 3+ years instructional coaching or teacher leadership experience.
- Experience with multilingual learners, IEPs, and high-quality ELA curricula.
