Job Summary:
- Set the strategic direction for CodeAI’s global expansion of CS and AI learning experiences.
- Decide where and how to maximize impact, balancing depth-market investment with breadth-market scale.
- Represent global work to ministries of education, partners, and media.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define global strategy, KPIs, and market approaches to expand access.
- Build and scale programs that sustainably deliver learning experiences through partners.
- Lead the global team, manage budget, and build systems for consistent execution.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 7+ years driving systemic change in K-12 education worldwide, especially in AI/CS.
- Deep experience in nonprofit settings partnering with education systems.
- Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and able to align programs across complex ecosystems.
