Director of Language and Literacy & MLL

Responsibilities:

• Advance Rocketship's literacy and multilingual learner strategy by setting vision, advising leaders, and analyzing data.
• Build capacity across teams by recommending materials, coaching team members, and conducting school visits.
• Design professional learning and coaching by training leaders, observing instruction, and developing tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience coaching or managing adults in high-performing schools.
• 2-4 years of successful elementary teaching experience preferred.

Compensation:

• Salary range $120,000 - $145,000 per year.
