The Role:

• You'll own our growth marketing function: strategy, budget, acquisition channels, conversion, and measurement.
• Your goal is to build a repeatable engine for acquiring well-fit contractors at sustainable acquisition costs.
• You'll report directly to the CEO and work with freelance specialists.

What You'll Own:

• Strategy and budget across growth channels, with authority to allocate resources.
• Customer insights, messaging, and creative development to sharpen targeting.
• Measurement, conversion optimization, and automation to drive reliable pipeline.

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated growth experience with a small team, owning multiple channels.
• Analytical judgment and a builder mindset, using AI tools to automate work.
• Creative thinking and an ownership mindset with a track record of fixing conversion drops.
