Conduct initial video or phone screenings for select roles. Review applications and move candidates through appropriate pipeline stages. Monitor pipeline health and assist with reporting and workflow tracking. Update and maintain accurate records in our ATS (Recruiterflow or similar). Collaborate with recruiters and team leads to optimize hiring processes. Draft and post job listings, then manage applicant flow. Propose improvements to templates, stage structures, and outreach strategies. Shape the systems that make hiring smoother and smarter.
