Engagement Manager

As an Engagement Manager, you will effectively project-manage the delivery to clients of Dataiku’s professional services, which include assisted software installation, customer training/coaching, and full development of data science projects. Maintain consistent and concise internal communication across multiple teams. Build and maintain relationships with key partners, both within Dataiku and among its customers. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process and minimize the time-to-value for customers. Contribute to the standardization of implementation processes while Dataiku continues its rapid growth and set up customers for success using Dataiku DSS from day one. The role also involves contributing to the selling of services in the region. Your skilled coordination of the deployment, training, and adoption of best practices will position Customers and Partners to derive the maximum value from the software, contributing to their data-driven operational success.
