Bilingual Therapist — Spanish/English

Compensation and Structure:

• Hourly pay of $40 for individual sessions and $50 for family therapy sessions.
• Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and client no-shows.
• This is a 100% remote, associate-level role requiring an active Illinois LSW or LPC license.

Role Requirements:

• Active Illinois LSW or LPC license is mandatory; pre-licensure applicants cannot be considered.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to serve Latino students and families.
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR platforms, plus strong communication skills for working with youth.

Clinical Environment and Support:

• Work involves providing teletherapy to students in partner school districts in the Aurora and Elgin area.
• Daybreak handles all administrative tasks, billing, and credentialing for clinicians.
• Join a close-knit clinical team with regular case consultations and receive free, ongoing supervision.
