Job Description

This position manages and oversees the Quality Engineering team of Smile’s core product and leads technical testing to ensure the success of the core product line(s). The Quality Engineering Manager drives the organization towards improved software quality, ensuring the appropriate implementation of processes and tools to deliver the best possible product(s) and services to Smile’s customers. Responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, defining and implementing quality engineering strategies, and overseeing the development and implementation of test plans. They will also monitor bugs, conduct root cause analyses, develop strategies for continuous improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams. In addition, they must track key performance indicators and maintain in-depth knowledge of the product.
