Health & Wellness Champion

The Health & Wellness Champion will help the team adopt behaviors that contribute to a higher quality of life while supporting the operational components of the organization. The Champion is an integral part of developing and facilitating Teleperformance’s commitment to a culture of wellness. A Wellness Champion partners with individuals or groups seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness and, thereby, enhance well-being. A Champion may develop and implement wellness seminars for staff, teach various components of wellness through individual connects, facilitate skills-based groups, and other resiliency programing as needed. They will assess the needs of individual staff members or teams and assist them in managing crisis/ emergency situations, choosing behaviors that encourage personal wellness. The Wellness Champion will promote the use of resiliency skills, social support and connection, and increased resiliency within the workplace.
