Senior Director, Retail Marketing and Operations

The Senior Director, Retail Marketing and Operations will lead the development and implementation of retail marketing initiatives to support the commercialization of our products and manage marketing operations for HEPLISAV-B®. This position is responsible for planning and implementing impactful initiatives, and involves bringing strategic insights and effective leadership to drive the overall success of the product portfolio. Responsibilities include leading the translation and implementation of marketing strategies to support HEPLISAV-B® in the retail segment, supporting the brand strategy and promotional efforts for the retail segment, collaborating with the Retail Sales Team, measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing programs, and managing annual conference planning. The role also involves working with agency partners, overseeing marketing operations and MRB management, and managing vendor/agency activities.
