B2B Technical Implementation Specialist

Role Overview:

• Work directly with new and existing partners to implement new connections and services.
• Coordinate internal and external clients to establish efficient transaction processing.

What You'll Do:

• Update and complete implementation and connectivity projects, ensuring accurate resolution.
• Provide operational support and help desk ticket management.
• Perform tests on production applications and prepare recovery procedures.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with EDI transaction types such as X12 837D, 270/271, 835, and XML preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client demonstrations and software walk-throughs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work with technical teams.
