Job Description
The Enterprise & Field Marketing organization in ServiceNow is responsible for enabling revenue growth, adoption and customer success across all our direct and indirect sales channels. You will interact directly with key business leaders and marketing teams across the globe to conceive, drive and deliver campaign strategies across the customer’s lifecycle, from awareness and education to acquisition, progression, application use and value realization for CRM & Industry Solutions. You will play a key role in analyzing our target segments & territories for opportunity and targeting buying groups & personas within the segments and APAC regions. You’ll be responsible for driving the CRM & industry Solutions Marketing program strategy, influencing and collaborating with regional field marketing teams to activate and deliver business goals. This role leads marketing programs for CRM & Industry in APAC, aligned to the leadership team, go-to-market strategies and growth plans. This role aligns with the Global Marketing team for CRM & Industry Solutions & adapts global programs into APAC.
