About the Role:
- We’re looking for a Security Operations Engineer to join our Product Security team.
- You’ll provide front-line coverage for security alerts, customer tickets, and IT requests.
- This is an entry-level role with a follow-the-sun rotation across global time zones.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- First Response & Triage: Act as first responder for security alerts and escalate appropriately.
- Customer Security Operations: Handle account recovery, MFA reset, and ownership disputes.
- Process Improvement: Maintain runbooks, decision trees, and identify automation opportunities.
