ABUSE DETECTION & SIGNAL TRIAGE:
- Monitor signals across telemetry, HackerOne, support queues, and internal pipelines.
- Triage end-to-end, assessing severity and blast radius, routing to correct track.
- Own the queue with clear SLAs.
INCIDENT RESPONSE & REMEDIATION:
- Lead response, coordinating with Platform and Infrastructure for containment.
- Write clear communications to users and stakeholders.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to improve detection and runbooks.
DETECTION ENGINEERING & AUTOMATION:
- Build detection logic against Postgres, Edge Functions, auth anomalies, storage abuse.
- Automate triage to reduce manual toil and increase speed.
- Instrument metrics for coverage and fidelity.
