Senior Trust & Safety Specialist

Escalations & Enforcement:

• Serve as primary owner of complex Trust & Safety escalations, making documented decisions that set team precedent.
• Resolve high-impact cases end-to-end with little supervision.
• Partner cross-functionally to communicate enforcement decisions and surface product-level fixes.

Fraud Investigation & Data Analysis:

• Use SQL and BI tooling to investigate fraud trends and quantify risk impact.
• Own full data-to-action loop from pattern identification to rule creation and outcome monitoring.
• Build dashboards that track key integrity metrics and proactively flag emerging risks.

Policy, Process & Cross-Functional Impact:

• Identify gaps in existing fraud detection policies and propose evidence-based updates.
• Contribute to integration efforts by auditing moderation workflows across platforms.
• Proactively surface systemic process improvement opportunities and take ownership of seeing them through.
