Responsibilities:
- Preparation and presentation of detailed mail plans and quarterly reviews for client accounts.
- Develop new test recommendations and manage overall client retention and partner relationships.
- Negotiate with list managers and provide support for order production and problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of combined nonprofit experience on the client or service side.
- Experience in building mail plans, digital co-targeting, and using Nextmark.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
