Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and presentation of detailed mail plans and quarterly reviews for client accounts.
  • Develop new test recommendations and manage overall client retention and partner relationships.
  • Negotiate with list managers and provide support for order production and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of combined nonprofit experience on the client or service side.
  • Experience in building mail plans, digital co-targeting, and using Nextmark.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
