Job Description

As a Solutions Consultant, you will act as the primary point of contact for technical questions pre and post sales, debug, build workflows, triage requests, and be the bridge between customers and our engineering team. The role involves building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as the technical SME for all strategic discussions, and understanding customer’s business goals and challenges, aligning Momentum’s products to meet their needs. You will also lead the onboarding process from POC to post-sales, ensuring customers get immediate value in the product, conducting training sessions to empower customers to get the most out of the Momentum platform, and collaborating with clients to develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
