As a remote Solutions Consultant you will take ownership of key accounts and have a direct impact on top-line revenue. The position involves customer relationship management, onboarding, strategic account planning, and providing product feedback. You will debug, build workflows, triage requests, and be the bridge between customers and our engineering team. Your goal will be to ensure customers get immediate value from the product.

Provide a world class customer service experience through resolution of complex customer inquiries from members, providers, internal customers, and other Blue Plans related to Medicare Advantage (MA). The role includes hours that can range from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and can include weekend hours from October 1 through March 31. This position will have a start date of approximately October 13, 2025.
