Job Description
Sales Operations:
- Lead end-to-end including lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM governance.
- Develop and implement sales performance scorecards, KPIs, and forecasting models.
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends.
Team Leadership:
- Manage Inside Sales teams, coaching staff, and standardizing lead management processes.
- Oversee Capture and Proposal teams, ensuring timely and competitive RFP responses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
Strategic Planning:
- Advise senior leadership on sales operations and revenue opportunities.
- Enhance capture processes and influence organizational growth.
- Drive organizational growth at a senior level.
