The Role:
- Consult with patients and providers on medication therapy
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to improve Arine’s platform
- Supervise the Clinical Care support team
What You’ll be Doing:
- Prepare written reports and provide oral reports concerning patient care
- Participate in process improvement meetings to help achieve efficient workflows
- Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication utilization
Who You Are and What You Bring:
- Licensed Pharmacist and in good standing
- Bilingual fluency in English and either Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
