Job Description

This role will be the operational backbone of Zocks’ GTM organization, ensuring our sales team is fully enabled to hit quota. This role is responsible for building, integrating, and maintaining the systems and processes that connect lead generation to closed-won revenue. You’ll own the lead-to-cash lifecycle, manage key integrations between marketing automation, CRM, and sales engagement platforms, and drive operational excellence across campaigns, cadences, and deal execution. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of systems, and execution. Key responsibilities include lead-to-cash process design, systems integration & administration, campaign operations & lead management, sales enablement & performance tracking, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, managing integrations, ensuring data accuracy, partnering with marketing, and tracking performance.
