Engineering Manager

Lead a multidisciplinary team in the process of building digital products, from conception to production and evolution. Define and manage, together with the team and stakeholders, an agile execution plan for the project to meet the product's business objectives and make progress visible through metrics and reports. Synchronize expectations and dependencies with other teams towards a common goal. Define and execute the career plan for each of the people on the team so that they can grow in knowledge and skills. Be responsible for the hiring and staffing of the team. Generate the necessary context so that each member of the team feels motivated in the pursuit of their professional goals, those of the client and those of redbee. Ensure that the technology and engineering practices used are in line with the needs of the product and redbee standards. Identify and lead initiatives to contribute to making redbee a better place to work.
