Role Overview:
- Act as both solution architect and functional consultant for Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Shape end-to-end implementations improving scheduling, dispatching, and asset management.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and process analysis activities.
- Design scalable architectures leveraging Power Platform and Azure services.
- Provide technical leadership across development and integration efforts.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years implementing Dynamics 365 CE or CRM solutions.
- Strong expertise in Field Service configuration, architecture, and extensibility.
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure Logic Apps.
