Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery, envisioning, and architecture design workshops with clients to define solution strategy and requirements.
- Design and document scalable enterprise architecture solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure ecosystems.
- Guide end-to-end CRM and customer engagement implementations, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM environments.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect on at least 4 full-cycle international CRM implementations.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft technology ecosystem, including Power Platform and Azure.
