Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to define customer solutions and deliver engagements that exceed business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of industry experience in customer engagement domains such as sales, customer service, field service, or marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and/or legacy Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
