Responsibilities:
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to define customer solutions and deliver engagements that exceed business requirements.
- Design and implement D365 CE solutions to solve client requirements and challenges.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, demonstrations, and product education as required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience in customer engagement domains such as sales, customer service, field service, or marketing.
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and/or legacy Dynamics CRM.
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
