Seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to lead our luxurious property in Morocco, United States. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth in this unique cross-cultural setting. Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies Plan and coordinate special events and activities that showcase local culture and attractions Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with local Moroccan regulations and American hospitality standards Continuously improve resort facilities, services, and guest experiences Foster a positive work environment that embraces cultural diversity and promotes teamwork
