Role and Expectations:

  • Use AI tooling to design, build, test, and ship, knowing when to trust and when to verify output.
  • Make product decisions on what to build, cut, or ship, and set up monitoring to evaluate success.

Who You Are:

  • Early-career engineer with 1–2+ years of solid technical foundation and a portfolio of shipped projects.
  • Experienced working in a team, giving and receiving feedback, and moving projects forward.
  • Use AI as a default way of working, treating models as fast but unreliable teammates.
