Associate Enablement Operations Manager

The individual in this position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Global Operations Enablement and will work closely with Learning Experience Designers in the Global Operations Enablement organization, along with partners from various stakeholder teams. As the Associate Enablement Operations Manager, you will be responsible for both overseeing the day-to-day operations of our enablement team, as well as contributing to improvements in longer term operational strategies. Activities include triaging and responding to ongoing training requests from stakeholders, uploading and maintaining new and updated courses in our LMS, managing course assignments and reporting for elearning courses, and contributing to ongoing improvements in our processes for managing training requests and for advancing ongoing training projects.
