Job Description
The Job Search Execution Assistant is responsible for implementing and managing the operational aspects of our job application services. This includes creating and maintaining client accounts, submitting job applications, handling recruiter communications through managed inboxes, and organizing all application-related information with precision. This is a non-client-facing role, but your work directly impacts our clients’ success by ensuring consistent, high-quality job search execution. You'll work closely with the consulting team and use digital tools to keep everything running smoothly, efficiently, and at scale. Key responsibilities include using ApplyRight’s AI-powered tool to identify relevant job opportunities, applying to job listings on behalf of clients, setting up client profiles on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, creating email accounts, contacting hiring managers, tracking applications, and maintaining data accuracy.
