Your Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Polygon Labs’ global event portfolio.
- Develop and manage detailed event project plans, timelines, budgets, and operational workflows.
- Lead vendor and agency management, including contract oversight, negotiations, and performance management.
What You'll Need:
- 5–8 years of experience in event management or field marketing, with ownership of large-scale, global events.
- Proven experience planning and executing events for enterprise, fintech, payments, or institutional audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, vendors, and multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in web3, blockchain, or emerging technology environments.
- Familiarity with global third-party conference ecosystems and executive-level event formats.
- Experience supporting go-to-market or brand-led event strategies in high-growth organizations.
