AWS Lex Bot Developer

We are seeking a Mid-level AWS Lex Developer with hands-on experience in building skill bots and Python development skills. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent bots using AWS Lex and integrating them with backend systems via Python-based Lambda functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of bot design, NLU concepts, and conversation flow orchestration, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and QA teams for end-to-end bot delivery. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining AWS Lex (V1/V2) skill bots for chat and voice channels and implementing intents, slots, utterances, and fulfillment logic using AWS Lambda with Python. The role requires collaborating with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, integrating bots with backend APIs, databases, and AWS services. Support deployment, monitoring, and post-go-live enhancements.
