Role Focus:

- Support change management by integrating skills for leading strategy translation and agile working into development pathways, helping managers address resistance and sustain new behaviors.
Strategy and Operations:
- Conduct organization-wide training needs analysis to prioritize high-impact capability gaps and develop annual development plans with clear objectives, measures, and centralized budgets.
- Establish evaluation methods using surveys and performance metrics to track results and continuously improve learning programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Partnership and Culture:
- Partner with People Business Partners to integrate learning into performance management and talent processes, curating cost-effective resources and promoting a culture where managers role-model learning.
- Champion business values within the P&C leadership team, ensuring innovation and improvement in line with business priorities and regulatory compliance.
