As a Collaborative Remote Account Manager your focus will be to work alongside the wider team, supporting our SMB - Business Development Managers. Responsibilities include building strong peer relationships with Field Sales colleagues, driving customer engagement through multiple communication channels, and delivering exceptional service and account development planning. The ideal candidate will have previous telephone-based sales and account management experience, be reliable and determined, and be enthusiastic about sales with a positive attitude.
