Chili Piper is looking for a Community & Events Manager to help scale experiences and deepen relationships with the GTM community. This role involves managing event logistics end-to-end, managing collaborations, and nurturing relationships with GTM leaders and communities. The Community & Events Manager will own the annual event calendar, manage execution end-to-end, run event promotion, collaborate across teams, ensure smooth on-site execution, track performance, and maintain relationships.
The ideal candidate should have a builder mindset and be tech-savvy, able to handle CRM exports, spreadsheets, and event tools. They must be hands-on and able to track results themselves, be creative in problem-solving, and possess strong communication skills. Experience in B2B SaaS and familiarity with tools like Webflow and Figma are considered a bonus.
