Job Description

The Costco Contact Center Representative will respond to inquiries or incoming requests from our credit card customers in a pleasant, courteous, competent and professional manner. Costco contact center representatives may also be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to resolve disputed transactions, inform the customer about the disputed transaction processing process, or request additional information from the customer. CIBC offers the best possible working environment. You will be able to perform all your tasks effectively remotely; you will only have to work on-site occasionally. The Contact Center is open Monday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to midnight. You must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as working hours depend on the needs of the Contact Center.
