Senior Program Manager

Dine Source is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the AF Civil Engineering section of the AFLCMC BES organization. We are looking for a candidate with strong program management and communication skills. The candidate must have the knowledge, experience and thought leadership required to provide full-spectrum PROGRAM MANAGEMENT and Capability Delivery Team (CDT) services to support the planning, design, test, update, documentation, implementation, development, and sustainment/fielding of CE's automated systems at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL. Responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for all work completed by contractor personnel, ensuring adherence to all standards in support of stakeholder, staff, and engineering meetings, performing Quality Assurance (QA) evaluation and analysis, and supporting PMs to monitor program updates in MICT. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining tools and processes to track program cost, schedule, risk, and other performance indicators, as well as identifying and recommending risk management strategies to handle cost, schedule, and/or performance problems.
