Job Description
This is a self-sufficient individual contributor role. You will make decisions about the ideal tech stack to improve GTM efficiency at EasyLlama. You will administer HubSpot: users & permissions, properties, pipelines, deals, contact & company data model, workflows, lists, templates, and reporting. In addition, you will manage Gong: user access, workspace configuration, integration with HubSpot/Dialpad, and recording/insights lifecycle. Also, you will maintain Dialpad: phone provisioning, call routing, logging and HubSpot call records. Lastly, you will own LlamaVisor integrations: ensure customer data syncs reliably between LlamaVisor and HubSpot/analytics systems, debug sync issues and maintain data model documentation.
