Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s is a plus.

Experience:
- Leading enterprise software tool selection and RFP/RFI processes.
- Vendor evaluation and negotiation.
- Working knowledge of CLM core functionalities.
Certifications and Knowledge:
- Formal project management certification: PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 required.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
- Understanding of IT project governance, risk management, budget management, and change management principles.
