Director of Growth Marketing, New Ventures

This role will lead growth for our emerging business lines and expansion markets, reporting to the General Manager of New Business Ventures. The Director will own acquisition, funnel design, landing page testing, CRM strategy, creative direction, and channel experimentation for new ventures. This role requires a blend of performance marketing depth with startup scrappiness, rapid testing, and the ability to build new playbooks. The Director will also partner closely with internal teams across brand, marketing, product, data, and engineering to bring new ventures to market successfully. Responsibilities include building and executing growth strategies, defining early KPIs, running channel and landing-page experiments, leading acquisition planning, using data to refine messaging, and managing creative partners.
