The Client Success Manager (CSM) serves as a strategic partner to our clients, driving adoption, return on investment, and long-term success across Claims and Contract manager suite of product solutions, ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes while building relationships built on trust and collaboration.
You will manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on Payer Contracts, Claims and Claim Scrubber products, guiding them through optimization and strategic use to maximize value.
Be a trusted advisor, helping clients align technology with our goals to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
Acclimate quickly to client implementations to facilitate updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Strategic Partnering with Customer Support, Optimization, Product, Development teams, and other product support teams to ensure resolution of tickets and enhancement requests. Evaluate client use of Claims and Contract Manager product suite including Claim Scrubber products; recommend best practices and configuration improvements. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Relationship Managers, showcasing ROI, adoption metrics, and strategic opportunities. Maintain understanding of client Statements of Work (SOW) and guide clients through post-go-live optimization. Be the product expert for Contract Manager product suite including Claims Scrubber and Claims, driving adoption and measurable outcomes.
