About the Role:
- Support patients living with complex neurological conditions through coordinated, compassionate virtual care.
- Serve as a trusted clinical partner to providers, helping prepare patients and ensure visits run smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Provide virtual patient rooming, clinical history collection, visit preparation, and documentation for neurology appointments.
- Perform standardized clinical assessments, review medical records, and coordinate testing, referrals, and communication.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and escalate urgent clinical concerns appropriately.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Medical Assistant with 2-3+ years in a clinical setting and strong organizational skills.
- Empathetic communicator with high technical proficiency and a patient-centered approach.
- Proactive, curious, and collaborative, with interest in developing expertise in neurological care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22–$24 per hour, with final compensation based on location, experience, and qualifications.
- Remote-first work from anywhere in the 50 United States with home-office technology provided.
