Patient Access & Care Team Rep

Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial contact for patients, handling appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and general inquiries.
• Accurately document all interactions and escalate complex or emergent issues per protocol.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate degree preferred.
• Customer service or healthcare experience is a plus; strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay between $21.45 and $32.20, based on experience.
