- Coordinates all patient scheduling activities across multiple departments, ensuring accurate appointments and procedures.
- Facilitates communication between staff, referral sources, and physician offices regarding scheduling concerns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED with 6 months medical office or customer service experience required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Collects clinical information, verifies insurance, and educates patients on protocols and testing criteria.
- Utilizes scheduling software to monitor practices and recommend improvements to reduce errors.
Work Environment:
- Remote position based in Pennsylvania with a day shift schedule Monday-Friday 11:30am-8pm.
