Responsibilities:
- Respond to new patient leads and booked patients quickly across phone, messaging, and internal systems.
- Communicate with patients clearly, warmly, and professionally in both spoken and written English.
- Support appointment scheduling, rescheduling, intake completion, paperwork follow-up, and onboarding tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in healthcare operations, patient support, or similar work.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong preference for licensed or trained healthcare professionals outside the U.S.
Compensation:
- Hourly compensation: $5-$15 per hour, depending on experience.
- Fully remote position with consistent work hours from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM Central Time.
