Role Overview:

  • You will manage patient scheduling and registration in a remote setting, ensuring accurate data entry and insurance verification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate web-based products for registration and scheduling, and document all activities in the patient chart.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, obtain authorizations, and apply basic knowledge of CPT and ICD10 coding.
  • Perform PBX switchboard functions and handle call volumes to route requests appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; medical terminology coursework preferred.
  • Basic computer skills with 25-35 wpm typing preferred.
  • 1 year of call center or customer service experience, or 1 year in a medical facility preferred.
