Medical Business Associate/Call Center - Primary Care

Job Description:

• As a Medical Business Associate, you are the first point of contact for patients and their families, handling calls and scheduling appointments.
• You will obtain and verify all required patient and insurance information, entering it accurately into the registration system.
• You will greet patients professionally over the telephone and respond effectively to their needs.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED required, with 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in typing, Windows, and multiple computer systems is required; strong typing speed is preferred.
• For the Specialist level, an associate degree and two years of healthcare experience are preferred.

Additional Information:

• This is a PRN remote position with hours Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, as needed.
