A Day in the Life:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients & their families.
- Obtain/verify all required patient and insurance information and enter it into the registration system accurately.
- Schedule patient appointments including return office visits, referrals, diagnostic testing/procedures.
What’s Required:
- High school graduate or GED.
- 6 months to 1 year Customer Service experience required.
- Proficient in typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems.
Additional Information:
- Start Date: September 1st.
- Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
- All employees must receive a flu vaccine during flu season or obtain an approved exemption.
