- As a Patient Access Representative, you’ll coordinate referrals and scheduling across clinics in a regional support model.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments based on provider availability, patient needs, and location.
- Manage referrals end-to-end, ensuring accurate patient, insurance, and documentation details.
- Communicate proactively with patients and teams about updates, cancellations, and missing information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of healthcare scheduling or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR scheduling platforms.
